Return & Refund Policy – Lokah Esthetics 

At Lokah Esthetics , we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards for all our products, especially  Aftercare and skincare formulations.

Returns:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

- Order ID
- Photos of the product

We will review and offer a replacement if eligible.

Refunds:
Refunds are not applicable for used or opened products.
Approved cases (damaged/incorrect items) will be eligible for:

- Replacement (preferred)
  or
- Refund (if replacement is not possible)

Non-Returnable Items:

- Opened skincare products
- Aftercare products
- Products purchased on sale
